Teckna Webmail
Reading and sending email online is achieved via the Teckna Webmail service. Teckna Webmail is a fully featured email system available online via your browser. You can access Teckna Webmail from any internet connected computer in the world.
The web address for your Teckna Webmail service is unique to your domain name, and is made up as follows:
http://webmail.your-domain eg: http://webmail.fredsfish.co.uk
- Open your favourite web browser (eg Internet Explorer)
- Type the web address of your Teckna Webmail service (see above) in the address bar (eg http://webmail.fredsfish.co.uk )
- Username: your-main-email-address-before-the-@-sign (eg fred or info) . This was supplied in your Welcome email or defined in the Control Panel setup
- Password: as supplied in your Welcome email or defined in the Control Panel setup
