The email services provided by Teckna work in a flexible way to
allow you to manage your email in the way you are used to and most
comfortable with.
There are two main ways to manage your email:
- online on the internet using Teckna Webmail. The Teckna Webmail
system is available on any internet connected computer anywhere in the
world.
- on your desktop computer using an email client such as Outlook or Outlook Express.
You can even use a combination of the two, Outlook Express in your
home or office, and Teckna Webmail while you are temporarily away from
home or while travelling.
Receiving and Sending Email Online - Teckna Webmail
Teckna Webmail is automatically available for any Teckna email address, please see the following detailed instructions for How to read/send email online.
Receiving and Sending Email on your Desktop Computer
In order to receive and send emails via an Email client such as
Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows Mail, your email account settings
need to be configured within the email client.
