New email addresses can be created by the Domain Administrator using the Control Panel.
Log into the Control Panel as Domain Administrator ( how? )
Click on the 'Mail' icon in the 'Services' section (if you
can't see the 'Mail' icon or 'Services' section, click on the 'Home'
link in the top left hand corner of your screen)
Click 'Add New Mail Name'
Type in the new email address (eg info) and desired password.
